Walk-ins are welcome but scheduled sessions get better time allocation and ensure the lead photographer is available. We strongly recommend booking in advance through this form or on WhatsApp. Online bookings are available at a significantly lower rate than walk-in — see current packages at artriva.com.

For team shoots of 10+ people, we recommend at least 2 weeks' notice — we need time to do a location recce, coordinate scheduling, and ensure the right crew and equipment are allocated. For sessions of 50+, 3–4 weeks is preferred.

Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the advance. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice. We understand last-minute changes and work with you wherever possible — just reach out on WhatsApp as early as you can.

Yes. Team shoot quotes are customised based on team size, location, and deliverables per person. Get in touch with your team size and requirements and we'll send you a detailed quote. Volume sessions are significantly more cost-effective per head than individual bookings.

Yes — we're available for on-location team shoots across India. Travel and accommodation are charged at actuals. We've photographed teams in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. Contact us with your location and team size for a complete quote.

We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash. For team shoots, a 50% advance is standard to confirm the booking with the balance due before delivery. Individual sessions are typically paid in full on the shoot day.

Yes. GST invoices are available for all bookings. Please share your company GSTIN at the time of booking and it will be included on your invoice.
